In all five of the top feeder countries buying U.S. real estate, the number of transactions grew, according to an annual survey of residential purchases from international buyers released by the National Association of Realtors® (NAR).

June 30, 2017 – ATTOM Data Solutions' Q2 2017 U.S. Home Affordability Index finds that the U.S. median home price of $253,000 in the second quarter of 2017 was at the least affordable level since Q3 2008 – a nearly nine-year low in affordability.
June 29, 2017 – The ongoing supply shortages that are propping up home prices in many metro areas caused pending home sales in May to slump for the third consecutive month, according to the National Association of Realtors®. None of the major regions saw an increase in contract activity last month.
