Palm Coast and Flagler County Foreclosure Sale Schedule for April 2012

Fifty-nine foreclosed Flagler County properties are scheduled to be sold throughout the month

Palm Coast, FL – March 30, 2012 – Fifty-nine foreclosed Flagler County properties are currently scheduled to be sold at foreclosure auction during March. The foreclosure process takes time. The initial filing on several of the scheduled sale properties was initiated as early as 2007. The number of scheduled April sales is in line with those scheduled in March.
Not all scheduled sales are completed. In some cases, the sale is cancelled by the lender. In others, the property is sold via a short sale prior to the foreclosure sale. While researching this story, I came across a handful of scheduled properties that have been sold or returned to the lender via a deed in lieu. I did not include them in the following list. This is not a "final" list. Additional properties may be added to the schedule during the month.
Just (Market) Value is reported as it is listed for 2011 on the Flagler County Property Appraiser's website.
