85 Properties on the Flagler County Foreclosure Sale Schedule for March 2013

These properties include the former Ocean Palm Golf Club and will be sold at auction at the office of the Flagler County Clerk of Court.

Palm Coast, FL – March 2, 2013 – 85 foreclosed Flagler County properties, including the former Ocean Palm Golf Club, are currently scheduled to be sold at foreclosure auctions during March.
Not all scheduled sales are completed. In some cases, they are cancelled by the lender. In others, the property is sold via a short sale prior to the foreclosure sale. While researching this story, I came across a handful of scheduled properties that have recently been sold or returned to the lender via a deed in lieu. I did not include them in the following list. This is not a "final" list. Additional properties may be added to the schedule during the month.
Just (Market) Value is reported as listed under "2012 Certified" on the Flagler County Property Appraiser's website.
