Two New Restaurants Rumored at European Village

Dining choices coming to European Village will include a new steakhouse and changes to the Europa Lounge and Bistro.

European Village in Palm Coast, FLPalm Coast, FL – April 16, 2014 – European Village is continuing its metamorphosis into a dining and entertainment destination. Two new restaurant choices will soon be available in EV. One will be an upscale steakhouse with a catchy name ending in “101.” The other will be a makeover of the perpetually problem-prone Europa Lounge and Bistro involving the participation of a principal owner of the successful “386” restaurant on A1A in the Hammock.

The change in fortune began to gain steam in January 2012 when the European Village Commercial Condominium Association picked up EV’s center courtyard parcel, abandoned by the developer, in a tax deed sale for $31,200. The Association has since removed the unsightly remnants of a three-screen movie/entertainment structure and replaced it with a covered stage for entertainment. The courtyard has also been re-landscaped.

Prudential East Coast Real Estate office in European Village in Palm CoastEV’s main entrance once held the reception lobby for the originally-intended condo hotel. Left vacant by the developer, its windows were long covered in unsightly brown paper until recently. Prudential East Coast Real Estate has since renovated and now occupies the space, including meeting rooms on upper floors.

Great to See New Life at EV

Great news that people are beginning to invest in European Village. It should become one of the focal points of Palm Coast’s waterfront. And kudos to Prudential East Coast Real Estate for stepping up and giving the complex a fresh, attractive “front door”.
