Waterfront House Hunting to Air Palm Coast Episode July 6 on FYI

Cable network FYI’s new original series will spotlight Palm Coast as show host Nick Waldner helps local Realtor® David Pilvinsky find a desirable waterfront location.

PALM COAST, FL – July 2, 2015 – Cable TV’s FYI Network will air July 6th an episode of its new reality series “Waterfront House Hunting” that will highlight Palm Coast. Each week, show host Nick Waldner helps people find a new home in a more desirable, waterfront location better suited to their lifestyle. In next Monday’s show, taped earlier, the people Nick is helping are local Realtor® Davie Pilvinsky of Realty Exchange and his then fiancé, Christina.

The “Waterfront House Hunting” series features homes on the Gulf Shore of Alabama, to Lake Havasu in Arizona and Oceanside in Marathon, Florida. Nick will unearth one-of-a-kind properties with an enviable view worth moving for. Each episode of the series features a family or couple in different parts of the country looking for a new home with one requirement in common: close proximity to the water.

After seeing three different options, buyers must choose which home will finally make their dream of living near the water come true.

In the Palm Coast episode, Nick takes David and Christina to three different homes, each located along the 23 miles of saltwater canals in the Palm Harbor section of Palm Coast on Florida’s northeast coast. A master planned community, Palm Coast has grown quickly, recently surpassing 80,000 residents.
