PALM COAST, FL – May 5, 2017 – GoToby.com’s featured house is in Tidelands, a community in which I have enjoyed living for six years. This Intracoastal Waterway (ICW)home, built in 2003, has four bedrooms and three full baths, a second-floor great room and 2,657 square feet of living area.
6 N LONGVIEW WAY IN TIDELANDS
Take your boat for a spin on the ICW, enjoy fishing from your dock or simply sit and watch the boats go by.
PRIVATE DOCK WITH LIFT
The large rear yard provides a park-like setting with great views of the ICW from both the first and second floors. A covered lanai adjoins a pavered patio.
The double-door leaded glass entry leads to a tiled two-story foyer. The main level open floor plan has a living room, dining room, master suite and stylish gourmet kitchen with new Stainless appliances.
A fourth bedroom with full bath en suite could be optionally used as a den, office or study.
SECOND-FLOOR GREAT ROOM
The second floor has two guest bedrooms, a full bath and bonus room, which can also be utilized as an office.
Tidelands is a gated, private community consisting of single-family homes and condominiums located on Palm Harbor Pkwy with nearly one mile of Intracoastal Waterway frontage. The shared use facilities consist of nearly two miles of walking paths (including the entire ICW frontage), three observation piers and a gated entrance with 7/24 security.
The membership-optional Tidelands Club provides access to a clubhouse, with a community café, exercise room, gathering room, billiard room and game room. In addition, the Club includes a heated lap pool, a second ICW-fronted pool with cabanas, two spas, a children’s splash zone and two tennis courts.
The Palm Coast area, sometimes referred to as “the quiet side of Florida, features miles of Atlantic Ocean beaches with abundant public access, miles of hiking and biking trails, championship golf courses and top-rated schools. Shop and dine in nearby Palm Coast, recently recognized as one of “America’s 50 Best Cities to Live,” or go beachside (over one of two bridges) to visit iconic Flagler Beach, the Hammock or Marineland Dolphin Adventure. Nearby St. Augustine is the oldest continuously occupied city in North America.
Palm Coast’s population recently topped 82,000. Flagler County’s population recently passed the 108,000 mark.
Nearby Interstate 95 provides convenient access to Jacksonville and Orlando’s airports and attractions. Flagler County’s active general aviation airport is only 15 minutes away. Jet Blue recently began daily direct flights to New York City from nearby Daytona Beach Airport.
