PALM COAST, FL – May 15, 2017 – Have a say in Flagler’s future. As Florida continues to grow, the Florida Chamber Foundation is encouraging communities to begin thinking and talking about how to ensure the state remains successful.
This is the premise behind the Florida Chamber Foundation's Florida 2030 research project. The two-year project will help write the blueprint for Florida’s future by reaching business and community leaders in 67 counties through local town hall meetings. These interactive discussions encourage residents, business professionals, and community leaders to identify key trends and factors that will drive economies locally and throughout the state.
To help shape the future of our community, all Flagler County stakeholders are invited to participate in the Florida 2030 Town Hall for Flagler County. This session co-sponsored by the Flagler County Chamber and led by Dr. Jerry Parrish, Chief Economist and Director of Research, Florida Chamber Foundation will take place Thursday, May 18 from 8:45AM to 11AM at the Flagler Auditorium.
There will be plenty of chances to interact via a smartphone app so bring your phone. This will be the Foundation’s only stop in Flagler County.
Be part of this important conversation. This is a chance to listen, learn, and share your thoughts about issues that will impact Flagler County and our state now and in the future. Registration is not required, but you are encouraged to Register today for this free forum to assist organizers in planning for the number of attendees. Encourage your friends to attend.
