PALM COAST, FL – February 23, 2018 – Florida Waterfront Marketing is staging tomorrow a sales launch event for Marina Del Palma, a private waterfront marina community on Colbert Lane at the south end of Palm Coast Plantation. The project developer is Sunbelt Palm Coast Marina LLC. Sunbelt developed Palm Coast Plantation.
MARINA DEL PALMA CONCEPTUAL SITE PLAN
Marina Del Palma was conceived 15 years ago and was referred to as Harborview Marina at the time, but the Great Recession intervened. The market has returned and Flagler County/Palm Coast's real estate market is booming again.
Tomorrow’s launch covers the single-family residential (SFR) component of Marina Del Palma. Entitlements allow further development of 461 multi-family units to the east of the SFR location. Both the SFR and Multi-family components will adjoin the Lehigh Canal across from the Sea Ray Boat Plant. The commercial component will be on the east side of Colbert Lane north of the community entrance.
Marina Del Palma's initial phase will offer:
If you are interested in purchasing a Marina Del Palma homesite and are not already registered with the developer, I can represent you. Please give me a call at 386-931-7124 or email me at Toby@GoToby.com.
Marina Del Palma will be the first of four marina projects being developed along the west side of the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) in Flagler County. Sharing Marina Del Palma’s southern property line is Lighthouse Harbor at the former Lehigh Cement Plant site. Local developer and co-owner of Grand Living Realty, Jim Cullis, plans a marina, a resort hotel, up to 511 residential units, 80 wet slips and 200 dry slips, and up to 160,500 SF of commercial, retail, and/or office use. The marina basin has been excavated with the completion of the marina expected in 2018. The remainder of the project is in the conceptual design phase.
LIGHTHOUSE HARBOR CONCEPTUAL SITE PLAN
Atlanta-based Jacoby Design has two projects in the planning stage. One, and likely the first of the two to move forward, is in Palm Coast at the Palm Coast Resort and Marina site. It will include the marina, a resort hotel, restaurants, and residential components.
Jacoby's second project at the Marineland Marina will have residential, commercial components.and an oceanside resort hotel.
