Vercetti Enterprises Breaks Ground on First Popeyes in Palm Coast

Vercetti Enterprises, a south Florida-based general contractor, has begun construction of a Popeyes Restaurant on SR 100 in Palm Coast.

PALM COAST, FL – October 16, 2019 – Vercetti Enterprises, a south Florida-based general contractor, has begun construction of a Popeyes Restaurant on SR 100 in Palm Coast.

Vercetti Enterprises is bringing the franchise’s first location to Palm Coast, Florida. The project is a ground-up 2,503 square foot restaurant plus sitework and utilities. This is the second construction project located on the King’s Pointe development on the northeast corner of SR 100 and Old Kings Road, where a Ractrac Convenience Store and Gas Station was recently completed. Another retail development is planned next to Racetrac, facing SR 100.

The contractor stated value of construction is $500,000. Permitting and impact fees paid totaled $74,429.60, including $69,159.27 designated as transportation impact fees.
