This year’s event will be the FHBA’s 26th rendition of their annual signature event. The lineup of homes has changed somewhat since March. A few builders have changed their lineup. Other models have since been sold. And there are new entries.
The Parade of Homes is a great place to meet builder representatives and to see the latest in home design, construction materials, and interior decorating trends. Models will be open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 A.M. till 5 P.M. and Sundays from 12:00 P.M. till 5 P.M.
There will be sanitizing stations at each entrance. The number of people in each home at one time may be limited. Be prepared by bringing a mask.
This year’s showcase home is The Riva, built by Saltwater Homes. The Riva can be seen in Marina Del Palma which is this year’s Showcase Community, located off Colbert Lane near Robert Road. The Featured Community in the 55+ category is American Village, located off Pritchard Drive exactly one mile east of Belle Terre.
