Wings Over Flagler Air Show Coming March 27-28

Warbird Fly-in: An air show of vintage wartime aircraft will fly in to the Flagler County Airport the weekend of March 27 for a show entitled “Wings Over Flagler.”

Palm Coast, FL – March 25, 2010 – Warbird Fly-in, an air show of vintage wartime aircraft, will fly in to the Flagler County Airport the weekend of March 27 for a show entitled “Wings Over Flagler.”
More than 30 war birds from World War II and other wars will be on display and giving flying demonstrations. Shows begin both days at 9 a.m. at the Airport.
Tickets to the air show are $5 for the entire weekend for adults and $3 for children over 12 years old. Children under 12, with an adult, are free.
Planes on display will include the C-47 “Tico Belle.” From the Normandy invasion to Cherbourg, Arnhem, Bastogne and the Berlin Airlift this aircraft was there. The aircraft is provided courtesy of the Valiant Air Command.
The demonstration will be presented from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday and from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday. The Flagler County Airport is on S.R. 100 across from Flagler Palm Coast High School at 301 Airport Road.   For more information go to www.WingsOverFlagler.com or call 386-931-2937.
