October 17, 2017 – Not only are baby boomers planning to retire at an earlier age, but they want their next home in retirement to be near their grandchildren with the number one home feature being a multi-car garage with plenty of storage, according to the latest Del Webb Baby Boomer Survey.
October 13, 2017 – This week’s GoToby.com Feature is a long list of Grand Haven homes that will be open for viewing tomorrow, October 14th from 1:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. October 6, 2017 – Kamara, a natural stone company located in the Republic of Georgia, has chosen Flagler County as its first venture in the U.S. market. Revealed during Flagler County’s Economic Opportunity Advisory Council Meeting, the endeavor was code-named “Project Tempest.”
October 2, 2017 – Florida Landmark Properties LLC sold nine parcels of the Airport Commerce Center totaling 66.41 acres to PC Lane LLC, of Rockledge, for $900,000. The parcels are located along the west side of Seminole Woods Parkway, between the parkway and the Flagler Executive Airport. The transaction closed September 19, 2017.

September 27, 2017 – Existing-homes sales have retreated in four of the past five months, but new survey findings from the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) indicates that it's not because consumers lack confidence about buying and selling a home, nor are they worried about the direction of the economy and their finances, according to NAR's third quarter Housing Opportunities and Market Experience (HOME) survey.

Below is information on the permits required, when necessary, and timing for acquiring those permits. The permit fees for these permit types will be waived until Nov. 30, 2017.
September 12, 2017 – Flagler County will waive some building permit fees in order to fast-track the permitting process for those who have property damage following Hurricane Irma.
