July 2, 2015 – Cable TV’s FYI Network will air July 6th an episode of its new reality series “Waterfront House Hunting” that will highlight Palm Coast. Each week, show host Nick Waldner helps people find a new home in a more desirable, waterfront location better suited to their lifestyle. In next Monday’s show, taped earlier, the people Nick is helping are local Realtor® Davie Pilvinsky of Realty Exchange and his then fiancé, Christina.
June 30, 2015 – More shopping and eating options are headed to Palm Coast. The 12.37-acre parcel on the southeast corner of Belle Terre Pkwy and SR100, politicians’ favorite election campaign sign location, has been sold. Clear Lake Holdings Inc., of California sold the property to PV-Palm Coast LLC (Paradise Ventures), of Safe Harbor, for $2,980,000. Newmark Grubb Phoenix Realty Group, of Jacksonville, brokered the transaction. The transaction closed on April 20, 2015.
June 29, 2015 — Pending home sales continued to rise in May and are now at their highest level in over nine years, according to the National Association of Realtors®. Gains in the Northeast and West were offset by small decreases in the Midwest and South.
June 26, 2015 – This week, GoToby.com was presented with two properties in Waterside at Palm Coast Condominiums. Both are exceptional 3 BR, 3 BA units with generous floor plans that overlook the Main Canal. Both were built in 2005. I chose to feature both.

June 25, 2015 – Overshadowed by the Supreme Court’s Obamacare decision is another, more closely linked to housing and finance. Ruling on a Texas case, the court tells us that even though a policy is non-discriminatory in intent, it can still be determined to be discriminatory if the results of the policy include unequal outcomes.
June 23, 2015 – On Monday, June 29, and Tuesday, June 30, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., motorists and other travelers should expect eastbound lane closures along Palm Coast Parkway between Cypress Point Parkway and the I-95 bridge.Two lanes will remain open eastbound.
June 22, 2015 -- Existing-home sales rose in May to their highest pace in nearly six years, largely attributed to a big rise in the number of first-time home buyers, according to the National Association of REALTORS®' latest housing report, released Monday. All major regions saw sales increases in May, with the Northeast seeing the most notable rise.
June 22, 2015 – Overshadowed in the media by recent stories from the Middle East, Greece’s financial woes, and the tragedy in Charleston, S.C., the Obama administration is advancing a plan to level the playing field for housing. Critics say the initiative called Furthering Fair Housing will empower HUD to dictate what types of homes can be built where, and who may live in them.

June 18, 2015) - While total unit sales from international home buyers decreased from last year, total sales dollar volume increased 13 percent, according to the National Association of Realtors® 2015 Profile of Home Buying Activity of International Clients .
June 18, 2015 – Hispanic consumers are more optimistic about current economic conditions but have concerns about the future, according to the latest survey conducted by the Florida Atlantic University Business and Economics Polling Initiative (FAU BEPI) in the College of Business.
June 17, 2015 – The positive trend in the Flagler County real estate market continues with fewer distressed sales. Short sales comprised 41.5% of all local single-family home sales in 2009. That measure dropped to 1.9% in May. May was very positive with slightly more homes sold, higher median prices, fewer distressed sales, fewer new foreclosures, fewer foreclosure completions and more building permits for new homes.
June 16, 2015 – Flagler County issued the first short-term vacation rental certificate.
June 15, 2015 – Builder confidence in the market for newly built, single-family homes in June rose five points to a level of 59 on the National Association of Home Builders/Wells Fargo Housing Market Index (HMI) released today. It's the highest reading since September 2014.
