August 10, 2016 – Watercrest Senior Living Group announced July 27 further expansion of their innovative new concept in senior living memory care, Market Street Memory Care Residences in Palm Coast, Florida. Walker and Company will break ground at 2 Corporate Drive on the 46,000 square foot, 64-unit all memory care community this December, with plans to open in late 2017.
August 9, 2016 – A permit valued at $1,300,970 has been issued allowing Site Development to commence for Florida Power & Light’s planned hurricane-proof building on State Road 100 near Town Center. A Commercial Building Permit for the 25,436 square foot building carrying a contractor-stated value of $5,500,000 has been received by the City of Palm Coast.
