September 30, 2015 – Another of Flagler County’s golf courses is on more solid ground as Capstone Golf, the long-time operator of the Grand Reserve Gold Course, has purchased the course from the debtor in possession, CRM Florida Properties LLC. The purchase price was $1,300,000. The transaction closed on September 4th and was recorded September 10th.

September 21, 2015 – Following three straight months of gains, existing–home sales dipped in August despite slowing price growth and a positive turnaround in the share of sales to first–time buyers, according to the National Association of Realtors®. None of the four major regions experienced sales increases in August.
September 20, 2015 – Nationwide housing starts dropped 3 percent to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 1.126 million units in August, according to newly released data from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Commerce Department.
