First Single-family Development in Town Center Opens for Sales This Weekend

Paytas Homes has built custom homes in both Hidden Lakes and Marina Del Palma. Now they are opening their newest single-family community in Town Center called The Gables at Town Center.

PALM COAST, FL – November 12, 2021 – Paytas Homes, of Port Orange, has been building quality homes in Palm Coast for several years. They have pulled nearly 300 single-family home permits in the city since 2005, mostly in Hidden Lakes and more recently in Marina Del Palma. This weekend, Paytas has officially broken ground on their new community in Palm Coast, The Gables at Town Center.

A Sales Release Event, including a sales tent and food trucks will be on-site at The Gables Saturday, November 13, and Sunday, November 14 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The entrance is off Town Center Blvd. Heading north on Town Center Blvd, turn left on Lake Avenue (at the Imagine School), then right into The Gables at Town Center community.

Located just off Town Center Boulevard, The Gables will be a 208-lot community centrally located to all amenities in Palm Coast. Construction of the first phase of this development has begun.

This initial release features eight models ranging from 1,685 to 2,776 square feet of living area with prices starting in the high $300’s.
