Sushi 99 Coming to Island Walk in Palm Coast

Palm Coast issued a Commercial Interior Alteration building permit for Island Walk unit 213; 1,300 square feet next to Moe’s Southwest Grill.

PALM COAST, FL – July 28, 2016 – The City of Palm Coast has issued a Commercial Interior Alteration building permit for Island Walk unit 213 for a Sushi 99 Sushi & Grill restaurant. This 1,300 square foot unit is next to Moe’s Southwest Grill. The contractor’s stated value for the work is $40,000. The original Sushi 99 is in Port Orange (visit their website) with a second location in Orlando.

Island Walk is the redeveloped Palm Harbor Shopping Center, Palm Coast’s first mall. According to the developer’s website, the 204,963 square foot project is nearly 90% leased.

In other Island Walk news, construction has begun on a Chase Bank. The 46,301 square foot Hobby Lobby is set to open August 1st. Interior work continues on the 12,500 square foot Petco – the front signage is up –  and the 13,879 square foot Tuesday Morning.
