Island Walk Construction Permits Show Progress

A permit for the canopy and façade for the new Publix has been issued. So has a permit for the 22,050 square foot Building G shell. Building G will be near ABC Liquor and Wells Fargo Bank.

 
PALM COAST, FL – May 22, 2015 – Progress at Island Walk continues. The shell of the new Publix is up. A permit valued at $733,814 has been issued for construction of the buildings canopy and façade. Another permit for the shell of Building G, valued at $1,323,000 has also been issued.

Both the new Publix and Building G are in the same phase and are expected to be completed by about the same time. Publix is planning a November opening. The new construction on the west side is expected to be completed in July.
