Jim Cullis Purchases Landmar Developer Assets at Grand Haven in Palm Coast, FL
Cullis was previously associated with Grand Haven’s developer as Manager of Landmar’s South-Central Region. Most of Grand Haven’s growth occurred during Jim’s tenure with Landmar.

Cullis has been associated with the development of Grand Haven since coming to Palm Coast in 1997. He has been intimately involved in every aspect of the design and construction of the community through previous tenures as the development executive with the Lowe Company and LandMar Group.
The purchase from LandMar Group includes all remaining unsold developer home sites, undeveloped land and the sales office at 7 Sandpiper Court. Cullis said the company will manage the builder program including representing builders for sales of new homes on lots within Grand Haven. In addition, the company will offer brokerage service and representation for existing properties in Grand Haven.
Cullis (on the left) is joined by Sterling Colee as the Broker and Manager, formerly Broker and Vice President of Hammock Sotheby’s International Realty.
In addition, all former sales associates with LandMar Realty have been retained under the new brokerage including Diane Thornton, Karen Kull, Frank Sockman and Bob Sneyers. Sherry Duarte has also been retained as Contracts and Office Administrator.

Grand Haven is a master planned club community located on more than 1,478 acres along the Intracoastal Waterway in Palm Coast. The community features an array of amenities including the Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, country club, gated entries, a wide variety of housing.
