Former Books a Million Site Will Become an ULTA Beauty

The new tenant will be ULTA Beauty.  Permits for site modifications totaling $595,000 have been issued and exterior façade changes are already visible.

Ulta stores are predominantly located in convenient, high-traffic locations such as power centers. (In commercial real estate parlance, the Target Shopping Center is a Power Center.) Their typical store is approximately 10,000 square feet, including approximately 950 square feet dedicated to a full-service salon.

ULTA Beauty was founded in 1990 and is headquartered near Chicago in Bolingbrook Ill. Ulta currently employees more than 19,000 associates. Ulta’s nearest store is at 1783 US Hwy 1 S, St Augustine.

    May i suggest adding a SPA.including wonderful facial, aroma
    therapy massages, mud wraps, and a health juice bar.
    Makeup and Nail technicians would also be inviting.

    Ever since I found out that you were opening in my town, I have been holding my breath. Every day I pass by to see if the store is open. Ian putting all my hygiene which I need on a list which is getting longer and longer. please open soon. Do you have. Date yet for the opening?
