One Buyer Picks Up Remaining Palm Coast Resort Condominiums from Centex

Centex now sold out of condominium inventory in Palm Coast

Palm Coast, FL – May 12, 2008 – Centex is finally out of the condominium business in Palm Coast. A single buyer, reportedly CAG, has purchased the 30 remaining unsold units in the Palm Coast Resort Condominium building. While the buyer reportedly had the option to purchase the remaining condo pads, the hotel pad, and the marina, they were not included in the final deal. The transaction closed on May 9. No other details were available. The building is located along the Intracoastal Waterway, just north of the toll bridge, at the site of the former Palm Coast Resort.

    wow!!

I think it’s just great how you start out this title with Centex is \”finally\”
    out of palm coast.

It’s going to be so awesome when Centex come’s back to finish tidelands, and all you crybaby palm coast folk with NOTHING ELSE TO DO have to watch them build and profit on your land AGAIN!!!

I cant wait for that. I really cant.

what’s even funnier is now that Ginn saw the success Centex had with memberships, reduced pricing and incentives…they are quick to follow at yacht harbour and probably beyond. This comes after blasting centex for the last 2 years about lowering property values and offering incentives… and praying for them to leave this beloved city.

monkey see monkey do huh bobby?

Here are the two options for Real estate buyers in Palm Coast for the upcoming years and this is it.

    1) buy from a developer who actually advertises and reflects correct and accurate pricing for this highway town…..or

    2) Get ripped off by Bobby Ginn.

    good luck.
