Publix Moving Forward at Roberts Road and SR100 Location

Named Beach Village, the site is being developed by North American Properties

October 25, 2007 – Palm Coast, FL – It was recently disclosed that North American Properties closed September 19, 2007 on the property at the northwest corner of SR100 and Roberts Road, west of Flagler Beach. The land was purchased from Palm Coast Holdings. North American Properties is also the developer for the Publix shopping center at the west entrance to Town Center, off Belle Terre. Site clearing is already underway.

The project, called Beach Village, will be quite large. It will probably be similar to the one at the Belle Terre entrance to Town Center, which includes several retail in-line units on either side of the supermarket. Additionally, there are a total of six out-parcels for more commercial buildings (restaurants, banks, etc.) and 15 acres for multi-family housing at the rear of the site.

Roberts Road is opposite John Anderson. There is already a CVS Pharmacy and a Prosperity Bank branch office permitted for the south west corner of that intersection. Ginn’s Gardens at Hammock Beach is under development south on John Anderson. Plans exist for the extension of Roberts Road past the Sea Ray Boat plant to Colbert Lane.
