Zaxbys Files Site Plan for Palm Coast Restaurant in Cobblestone Village

Palm Coast, FL – June 5, 2012 – Zaxby’s , a chicken specialty restaurant chain, has submitted a site plan to the City of Palm Coast. If approved, the new restaurant will be located in Cobblestone Village, home to Belks, Lowes, and Golden Corral. As submitted, Zaxby’s will seat 217 diners and feature a drive thru window. The 6,392 square foot structure will be sited on 1.7 acres.
The fast-casual chain’s licensees operate more than 550 Zaxby’s restaurants in 12 states. Nearby Zaxby’s can be found in St. Augustine and Palatka.

I was told by a city official that Carrabas had closed on this exact same lot four weeks ago. It was said that Carrabas would open within a year. What gives???????

Zaxby’s is good
One of my grandchildren works at a Zaxby’s. Their chicken is really good and their salads are great.
